The description of zirconia ceramic plates
zirconium plates/zirconium sheet can withstand high temperature and maintain high strength and hardness. Zirconia plates also offer superb performances in electrical insulation, high chemical resistance, and low thermal expansion. We have various sizes of semi-finished shapes in stock and are able to conduct custom manufacturing for all kinds of zirconia ceramic components.
The zirconia (ZrO2) ceramic plates are characterized by its extremely high strength, low thermal conductivity, and wear resistance. The superb surface quality on both sides makes it the perfect companion for any commercial thick film paste and even makes it suitable for a number of thin-film applications (sputtering).
With its extremely fine surface quality, the zirconia ceramic plate/zirconium ceramic sheet is designed especially to meet the highest demands in thin-film technology.

Yttria stabilizer is the most commonly used in our industrial ceramic parts.
4.Can you produce free samples for me ?
