Ceramic Sleeve Washer / Ceramic Sleeve Bushing are one of the most thermally resistant washers available. Due to their outstanding thermal resiustance, alumina ceramic washers are geared for the most demanding high temperature applications. Alumina ceramic washers also have outstanding corrosion resistance and are highly chemically resistant to acids, solvents, and salts. Additionally, alumina ceramic washers find many uses in high voltage applications due to their non-conductive electrical properties.

Washer Types: Flat Washers
Zirconia stabilised with Yttria has similar properties to those of Zirconia stabilised with Magnesia, although it is harder and tougher. It also has a finer grain structure. The non-woven fabrics are felts fabricated by mechanically locking fibres, and firing at a high temperature. The fabrics are flexible and chemically unreactive, being especially stable to hot caustic. Applications include thermal insulation, filtration and catalysis.
